It’s official, now there is a sign to prove it. The Derwent Valley Council are looking to off load it’s ownership or lease a piece of Tasmanian History.
What exactly is the “Willow Court Redevelopment” One would assume it is the Barracks, C, A, B Wards and Frascati House, but it’s not clear by the sign and confusing for potential buyers.
This new sign now sits on the Security office on the Avenue at New Norfolk. A search of the Real Estate Agents website does not show any result.
